Wow what a day, Brian Norbert and Todd took us out for an unbelievable experience car racing driving exotic cars. I got to drive a Lamborghini GALLARDO LP560, Ferrari F430 F1 an Audi R8 and a Aston Martin V8 Vantage. Never know what it feels to drive such an expensive car so fast. And to get to know Brian, Norbert and Todd the founders of MLSP was awesome. I can’t wait till the main event starts tomorrow.

Network marketing is not easy and most network marketers fail in the first few months mostly because they do not have enough leads or enough money to sustain their business, but it really does not have to be that way. If you had a simple network marketing system that you could easily implement you could make it big in this industry and your chances for success would increase ten folds.

What does a network marketing system look like, what is the difference between a good and a bad one? Read on and I will give you the answers you are looking for.

There are a few major components to a good network marketing system that must be in place in order for it to work and bring you the success you are looking for

More Leads

The main reason most network marketers fail in the first few months, it that they just don’t have enough qualified leads to contact. If you were told to chase after your friends, family and co-workers, good luck. It may work to a limited degree but you cannot build a big business that way, you have to have an endless supply of qualified leads. Do you prefer to build your business on luck or sound marketing principals? This is the first and most important component of a good network marketing system, it can provide you with more leads than you can contact.

More Cash

The second reason most network marketers fail is that they need to make money fast and they cannot afford to pay the cost of their business such autoship, training etc. long enough until they have a decent chance to succeed. A good network marketing system must be able to do just that, help you make money fast and so that those expenses are covered and you can afford to stay in business long enough to succeed. Yes, surprisingly this is possible and such systems do exist.

Simplicity

This is obvious, it must be simple enough so that anyone can do and you can get the duplication that you need so your business can grow without you. If the network marketing system is too complicated your team will not follow you and they will fail. Simple means duplication and this is good.

Automation

Do you have an endless amount of time to do everything yourself? If you are like most people you are pretty busy and will need ways to leverage you time so as much as possible will be done automatically while you are busy with other things. A good network marketing system will do just that, automate as much of the business grunt work as possible allowing you to focus on the important sides of your business.

In Summary

If you want to have any chance of success in your network marketing business you must have good network marketing system that you can implement in your business. This system must provide you with more leads than you could possibly contact, more cash to fund your business so that you will have the time you need to succeed, be simple so that anyone can do it and it will duplicate through your team and must automate as much of the grunt work as possible.

The company and founder

Sensy Chocolate was founded by Dr. Anas A Khalaf most commonly known as Dr. K in May 2009, at the time of writing this review the company was still in its pre-launch stage and there were just about three to four hundred distributors on the books. The formal launch of the company is scheduled for the September 2010 time frame.

Dr. K is a 30 year veteran of the alternative health industry and leading chiropractor he also has extensive experience in the network marketing industry and has reached the top levels of several well known network marketing companies.  His success in the network marketing industry allowed Dr. K. to retire from 6 clinics, 60 employees and 5 other corporation to focus on his passion in life.

I was fortunate to meet with Dr. K during his recent visit to California and learn about his mission and goals with Sensy Chocolate… I was impressed with his passion and dedication to the company mission and the people that are involved in the network marketing efforts of the company. One of Dr. K’s visions is to open schools across the world and he mentioned that a portion of the company’s profits are being donated to that purpose.

The Product

Dr. K claims that the Sensy Chocolate has great health benefits and a reduced appetite effect when eating the chocolate the company’s website has a lot of information about this and it appears to be pretty well documented. One thing that caught my eye was the anti oxidant properties, the organic nature of the ingredients and the fact that it is sugarless and despite all that actually tastes pretty good, yes I did taste it

The product is simple and most people will be able to perceive its benefits easily which is a plus because you can duplicate your efforts in a simple matter which is critical for grown in a network marketing company.

Marketing

Each distributor gets a corporate replicated website with their name and contact info which allows them to sell the product online as well as recruited new distributors.  The website is a simple one but gets the point across and has the information one would expect about the product, company and compensation plan. The company uses cookies to track visitors and give credit to the appropriate distributor. I tested it in several ways and found it to be working pretty well although could use some improvements.

One thing I did not like is that you can purchase the product directly on the corporate website instead of referring you back to the independent distributor that sent you there. At the time of writing this article the founder said he will have his technical people fix this and remove the purchase option from the main corporate website.  As for enrolling new distributors that is not allowed on the corporate web site and it does send you back to the person who introduced you to Sensy Chocolate.

It seems as if the company is focusing its efforts on offline marketing namely friend, family and home meetings. If you have been involved in network marketing before and tried the friends and family rout without success there are alternatives for you. The compensation plan

There is a fairly good explanation of the compensation plan on the company’s website with a PDF file that details the numbers so I will not go into too much detail here.

In general to become a distributor for the company you have to pay an initial investment that can range anywhere from $300 to $5000 (there are several steps) and sign up for a monthly auto ship that is either $40 per month, $60 per month or $80 per month.

The company will pay you a small fee for recruiting new distributors which ranges between 10% to 5% of the initial investment of the new distributor up to 3 levels down. This will probably not amount to much unless you are a recruiting machine but most likely will cover your auto ship for a few months.

You can earn residual commission on auto ships of people in your organization up to 8 levels deep but it seems to be tied with increasing your personal auto ship and specific team production requirements. There is a mention that you are required to have a minimum of 5 auto ship customers to get paid. This point is unclear in the company’s presentation.

Final Thoughts

One advantage the company has is the simplicity of its product which can be perceived by most people and therefore the company business model can easily duplicate and grow. This is also a concern because the large retail chains can copy it and in most cases for a much lower price. This is obviously a problem for a single product company although the likelihood of the retailers getting into the market at this stage of the game is very small so there is a very good opportunity so early in the game.

As always, there is a great potential in pre-launch companies but the big question is will it survive the first years of growth and become a company that will stand the test of times. Many of the new network marketing companies go out of business fairly fast but if you get involved in a good company that does survive and goes on to great things in the pre-launch stage you can expect massive success in the years to come.
